- Everything in Essentials
- New sections, landing pages and seasonal changes
- Speed and Core Web Vitals checks

A good fit if…
- Brands without an in-house developer
- Stores that change often: new products, campaigns, seasonal pages
- Merchants whose previous developer disappeared
Probably not the right fit if…
- A full redesign or migration. That's a project, not a monthly plan
We'll tell you on the first call if another option makes more sense.
Process
How it works.
Review
We look over your store, theme and apps first.

Monthly check
A health check of theme, apps and speed each month.
FAQ
Shopify Maintenance & Support: common questions.
What counts as maintenance?
Bug fixes, theme and app updates, small design changes, new sections and landing pages, and regular speed and health checks. Large new features or a redesign are quoted as separate projects.
Do you need my Shopify password?
No. We request collaborator access through your Shopify admin, and you choose the permissions. Your store always stays in your own account.
Can you support a store another developer built?
Yes. We start with a review of the theme and apps so we know what we're working with, then take over from there.
How do I send requests?
By email or Basecamp. Every request and change is written down, so nothing gets lost.
