About the studio
A small Shopify studio with a senior team.
The Silver Arc (formerly Orflow Studio) is a remote-first studio that designs and builds Shopify stores for DTC and B2B brands around the world, with a presence in Barcelona. We are an official Shopify Partner at Select tier.
Founder
Karol Djana
Karol founded the studio in 2022 and leads all Shopify development herself, from theme builds and custom sections to migrations and native B2B setups. Every project gets a dedicated designer working in Figma and a dedicated Shopify developer.
Karol has built websites since 2017 and has a background in software engineering. Together the team has worked with 400+ companies, including jewelry houses, wholesale manufacturers, Amazon brands going direct and the UN Refugee Agency's MADE51.
Clients describe the studio as responsive, patient with non-technical founders and still around months after launch, which is exactly how we want to work.

Four principles.
- You own everythingYour store, theme, domain, apps and data live in your own accounts from day one. We never host client websites.
- Design before codeEvery key page is designed and approved in Figma before development. Changes are cheap on a canvas and expensive in code.
- Async by defaultWe communicate by email and Basecamp, with a call when it genuinely helps. Every decision ends up in writing.
- Honest adviceIf an app, a plan upgrade or a custom feature isn't worth the money, we say so, even when it means a smaller project.
