Will my store go offline during the redesign?
No. We build the new theme as a duplicate in your Shopify admin while the current one stays live, then publish when you approve it.
Will I lose my SEO rankings?
Not if it's done carefully. We keep your URLs and metadata, and set up redirects for anything that changes.
Do I keep my products and customers?
Yes. A redesign changes the theme, not your store data. Products, customers, orders and settings stay as they are.
Should I redesign or switch themes?
If a premium theme already fits your brand, customizing it can be enough. We'll tell you on the first call which route makes sense.
